Action for the Salmon (1st to the 26th of September, 1997)

This program is part of the project « Youth for Europe » organised by Europe Conservation France and partially funded by the European Commission.
Europe Conservation is a European non-profit and non-governmental organisation acting for nature conservation and environmental education.
Two programs, one on the otter and the other on the beaver, have already been organised on the river Loire (France) for this European project.
The third program will be organised in cooperation with SOS Loire Vivante about the Loire-Allier salmon from the 1st to the 26th of September, 1997. With this program, 14 young Europeans (18 to 25 years old) will take part in local actions for the conservation of salmon : the goal is to help grassroots organisations while learning field techniques and meeting with other cultures.
This program is Free !!! Room & board & travel costs covered by Europe Conservation and the different partners.
