APPLICATION FORMS AND INFORMATIONS FOR TRANSPORT
Dear friends,
for more weeks left till the beginning of the ERN’s first Think –Camp….
Though the official application forms are distributet only now we allready do have definite confirmations of some very interesting people working for living rivers.
Find enclosed some practical information as well as the application form for the European Rivers Network " thinkcamp ". Please return the application form as soon as possible to ern at rivernet.org .
We are joining sending once again the time tables of transport linking Paris to Lyon, and Lyon to St-Etienne. We will organise shuttles from Lyon (airport or town) and from St-Etienne. Le Puy / Bonnefont are 1 hour (St. Etienne) or 2 hours (airport Lyon Satolas – St. Exupery) far away of these cities
We will inform each of you personnally once we get your application form. There is also the possibility to get to Le Puy-en-Velay (very close to Bonnefont) by train, the trip from St-Etienne is very nice …(Loire gorges). Just let us know where you want us to pick you up.
We are informing you again that it is very difficult to find any financial help for these kind of event and that you will have to pay for your travelling expenses (except for a limited number of people). During the Camp you are ERNs guest.
Concerning lodging, there are 3 possibilities :
The weather will be warm so there should be no problem for camping !
Concerning food, a team of cooker will organise everything.
Don’t forget to bring walking shoes, your swimming suit and something typical from the country you are coming from (vine, etc) !
The programme of the work will be based on the themes that have been previously sent and will be adapted according to the participants.
